FIELD: food industry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to baking industry. Bread cooling cabinet in field conditions comprises cooling chamber, control unit and vacuum pump. Control unit is connected via bus with fan, which is fixed in upper part of cooling chamber. Door is rigidly attached to an ultrasonic radiator which is connected to an ultrasonic transducer and an ultrasound generator which supplies ultrasonic waves in pulse mode. Control unit is also connected via bus with compressor, which is connected via hose with ultrasonic transducer and vacuum pump. Oil-free piston compressor, the second hose end of which is fixed in the wall of the cooling chamber. Fan is connected to the tube. Inside the cooling chamber there is a mesh bottom.
EFFECT: reduced mass of the device, consumption of energy resources and possibility of operation in field conditions.
