FIELD: water treatment.

SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to water treatment from suspended impurities and can be used in water treatment plants and industrial plants. Method of water treatment from suspended impurities includes supply of treated water into housing 1 with elements of thin-layer sedimentation 5, movement of purified water in unit of thin-layer deposition 4 and discharge of settled impurities. Angle of inclination of deposition elements 5 in unit of thin-layer deposition 4 is periodically changed. At that value of inclination angle of sedimentation elements 5 is selected experimentally so that maximum degree of settling of suspended particles is provided. Precipitation elements 5 are periodically cleaned from settled impurities, initiating sediment displacement by moving water mass above thin-layer deposition unit 4 due to horizontal movement of movable blade 9 above said unit 4 with subsequent rotation of deposition elements 5 and short-term impact action on elements of deposition 5 in their vertical position. Device for water treatment from suspended impurities includes housing 1 with devices for supply of purified water 2 and removal of filtrate 3, unit for thin-layer deposition 4. Inside fixed housing 1 there are elements of precipitation 5 pivotally connected in lower part with common tie-rod 6 arranged with possibility of rotation relative to horizontal axis, arranged with possibility of alignment with stop 7 inside housing 1 at vertical position of elements of deposition 5. Above the thin-layer deposition unit 4 below the cleaned water discharge tray 8 there is movable blade 9 with the possibility of back-and-forth movement in the horizontal plane.

EFFECT: group of inventions increases efficiency of the process of purifying water from suspended impurities and increases efficiency of cleaning deposition elements from deposited impurities.
