FIELD: agriculture.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to equipment for separation of wastes of enterprises for growing agricultural animals into liquid and thickened fractions, to food industry, for example, for dehydration of raw materials during production of pectin, separation of liquid phase from loose materials, during drying of materials. Small-sized machine for separation of wastes of enterprises for growing farm animals comprises housing, loader, filter, drive, unloading device for discharge of thickened fraction, unloading device for filtrate discharge, perforated filter equipped with loading and unloading trunks, made in form of multi-sided perforated prism with flat perforated faces along its perimeter installed at acute angle relative to horizontal axis of rotation and with flat end perforated cheeks of polygonal shape arranged at different angles to rotational axis of perforated prism and to each other. Longest axes of the end face perforated cheeks of the polygonal shape coincide with each other or are turned along the rotational axis of the perforated rotor relative to each other. Housing is equipped with a bioweep extractor from the top and a slug for draining the filtrate from the bottom outside the vibrating housing, which together with the perforated filter, the loading and unloading journals is fixed on a frame elastically mounted on the base. Two-stage spring of trapezoid shape is rigidly fixed in loading trunnion by large diameter, while its stage of smaller diameter is cantilevered and enters at least three turns in tip of loading facility. Warm air supply pipeline is mounted into the loading trunnion for imparting movement to wastes in the loading trunnion from the loading means to the filter. Spring of trapezoidal shape is rigidly fixed in discharge trunnion. On the side of the unloading trunnion in the filter there is a condensed fraction trap mounted in the form of three or more plates inclined towards the unloading trunnion and rigidly attached to the face cheek.

EFFECT: technical result is expansion of technological capabilities of separation of wastes of a fatigue complex into liquid and condensed fractions, increase of productivity, efficiency and quality of waste separation, improvement of ecological situation by utilization of biogas (methane and hydrogen) and its further processing.
