FIELD: disintegrators and grinding devices.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to means of grinding various materials and can be used for grinding of loose solid materials in construction, chemical, metallurgical industries, as well as in agricultural production. Grinding device comprises a drive, a screw drum with conical loading and unloading journals, made in the form of a polyhedral screw pyramid with flat facets along its perimeter and with polygonal flat end jaws mounted at acute angle to each other and at different sharp angles to helical drum rotation axis. Screw drum is installed at acute angle to axis of rotation, and trunnions are made with slope to one side of unloading. At that, conical springs with turns of trapezoidal cross-section and slope towards unloading are rigidly fixed inside trunnions by their inner diameters. Large axes of end faces of polygonal shape are turned along rotational axis of screw drum relative to each other to acute angle, at that, ribs of pyramid are bent along helical lines.

EFFECT: device for grinding provides higher efficiency of working process.
