SUBSTANCE: invention relates to hybrid vehicles. Hybrid vehicle with four-wheel drive comprises two pairs of driving wheels; engine; two electric motors; a first propeller shaft transmitting engine power to a second pair of wheels, and a dispensing box distributing engine power to the first pair of wheels. Also, there is a second propeller shaft arranged on the other side of the first propeller shaft from the exhaust pipe in the width direction of the body and transmitting force from the transfer gear to the first pair of wheels. Transmission device includes planetary mechanism and engaging device and selectively connects second electric motor with second propeller shaft. Engagement mechanism is engaged so that the planetary mechanism serves as a reduction device transmitting the torque of the second electric motor to the second propeller shaft, and disengaged to switch reduction gear into neutral state, where torque is not transmitted via planetary mechanism.

EFFECT: reduced spatial limitation on arrangement of front electric motor.
