SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the vehicles. Power transmission system comprises distributing case casing with input and output shaft, planetary gear mechanism with three rotary elements and mechanism for switching between upper and lower gears, selectively connecting output shaft with first rotary element and second rotary element. First rotary element is connected to the input shaft and selectively connected to the output shaft. Second rotary element is selectively connected to output shaft. Third rotary element is connected to non-rotary element. There is also an electric motor connected to one of the first rotary element and the second rotary element, and an electronic module for controlling the rotation frequency of the electric motor. When the vehicle is stopped, the input shaft rotation frequency is equal to zero.

EFFECT: reduced noise level at switching.
