FIELD: mining.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to mining industry, namely, to underground ore mining, and can be used in development of low-power inclined ore bodies. In the method of development of inclined ore bodies of low power the upper and lower surfaces of the beat out layer of ore are located not aligned with the horizontal surface of the filling pile at an angle to the hanging wall, which is equal to or less than 110°, and working space depending on capacity of ore body in cross section is formed in form of triangle or polygon with hipped shape of roof.

EFFECT: higher stability of the roof of the developed layer at the layer development system with ascending excavation and layer-by-layer filling of the worked-out area and as a result safety of works and reduction of costs for the roof of the layer.
