FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medical equipment. Device comprises a cannula for transthoracic introduction, connected to a two-channel distributor, connected to each other through a cannula two elastic chambers made of a sealed biocompatible material, having identical volume, wherein one of the chambers is placed with the possibility of transthoracic introduction in a folded state through the cannula and inflated under pressure of the introduced air to exert a pressure on the heart, and the other external one – with the possibility of visual control of the device functioning, a flexible mask connected to the two-channel distributor. Compressor is designed to introduce and discharge air through air ducts into chambers and flexible mask and is connected to two-channel distributor. Two-channel distributor is connected by air ducts with cannula and flexible mask. Automatic control unit of compressor is intended for air pumping into chambers and flexible mask through two-channel distributor. Fixing belts are connected to the cannula with chambers, an automatic control unit, an autonomous power supply unit and an electrocardiograph with the possibility to fix the device on the body and are connected to a flexible mask for fixation of the device on the head. Electrocardiograph is equipped with three electrodes for recording cardiac activity in three leads according to Eintochoven and connected to an autonomous power supply unit.
EFFECT: disclosed is a device for heart massage with simultaneous artificial ventilation, monitoring cardiac activity and data transmission in a person with severe heart failure.
