FIELD: medical equipment.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medical equipment. Device comprises a cannula for transthoracic introduction, two elastic chambers with identical volume connected to each other through cannula and made of a sealed biocompatible material. One of chambers is arranged to allow transthoracic introduction in folded state through the cannula and may be inflated under the pressure of injected air to perform an action on heart, other chamber (outer) is arranged with the possibility of visual control of device. Two-channel reducer is connected by ducts with a cannula and a flexible mask. Compressor is designed for introducing and removing air through the two-channel reducer and air ducts into the chambers and the flexible mask. Automatic control unit of the compressor serves to control the injection of air into the chambers and the flexible mask through the two-channel reducer. Fixing belts are connected with the possibility of fixing the whole device on the body and head.
EFFECT: invention provides a long-term and controlled massage effect on the heart and artificial ventilation of the lungs.
