FIELD: electrical engineering.
SUBSTANCE: coil assembly includes a coil formed of an electric wire arranged on a first plane, the turns of which are laid in the direction from inside to outside around the axis of the coil, which is normal to the first plane. Multiple magnetic plates are arranged on second plane adjacent to first plane. Gap is formed by means of magnetic plates, is directed from inside to outside of coil and is located near edge fragment of coil in direction from inside to outside.
EFFECT: technical result consists in reduction of dielectric breakdown risk between magnetic plates.
