SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a flush device for attachment of a structural element of a piece of furniture to a wall. Hidden device comprises box-like housing, in which first and second adjustment mechanisms are arranged, respectively, in height and depth, provided with first and second adjustment screws, respectively, each having a head comprising a gear crown. Box housing has at least one access hole for each screw, which extends radially relative to the gear crown and terminates at the bit to allow direct interaction in the radial direction of the gear crown with the tool.
