FIELD: mining.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to geophysical and hydrodynamic research and can be used in oil industry, mainly in research of flowing wells with high wellhead pressure by means of devices suspended on cable. Device for lowering cable into well is used for performance of works on investigation of oil wells with high wellhead pressure. In order to increase safety and reduce dimensions of lubricator, to overcome ejecting force on cable inner roller-forming pushing cable is used roller. To further lower the height of the installation and increase the adhesion surface of the cable with the roller, the upper roller of the cable suspension system is used as a driving one, enclosing it in a sealed housing, i.e. introducing into lubricator. At this point, the device, as if folded in half, acquires a descending branch of the sealed chamber, which of course is completely cast under the device for sealing the cable entry. At the same time conditions for operation are improved and conditions for use of various multi-section sealing devices operate in a sparing mode. Receiving chamber of the lubricator and the chamber of the cable sealing device to the upper roller housing are connected to one of the lower sides, and as a result, they simultaneously serve as a support for this roller by attaching their lower ends to the well mouth. Roller is additionally equipped with gripping elements to provide higher adhesion to the pushed cable and two disks freely rotating coaxially with it. On one of them there is a mechanism of permanently acting braking moment excluding cable ejection during lifting, and the other one serves as a connection link of external drive of forced descent.
EFFECT: increased safety and reduced dimensions of lubricator.
