FIELD: oil, gas and coke-chemical industry.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to oil industry, namely to additional wellhead equipment and can be used in pumping process in order to push geophysical instruments through lubricator and further into inclined well shaft. Rotary-labyrinth flow switch for pushing geophysical instruments into the wellbore includes a housing with two side channels and three holes for QRC. Shaft is installed in the housing. Rotor disks fixed between stator disks are installed on the shaft on keys. Working position retainer and switching assembly are also fitted on the shaft through keys. One end of the shaft is equipped with a sealing element and a seat for the handle. Ends of the housing are equipped on the outside with rotating T-branches, which correspond to side channels on the housing and are combined into one QRC, forming an outlet channel of the device. Input channel is QRC mounted on the housing. Two QRCs form switchable channels. Said stator disks are pressed in pairs to their rotor disks by springs and have separate retainers to the housing against rotation. On the surface of the discs there are through holes arranged uniformly and corresponding to the channels of the rotor discs. Working position lock is made of rollers from bearing, which are pressed by power springs to working surface of brake wheel. Shift unit is made of a ratchet wheel, the pawl of which is attached to the transverse frame. Frame, in turn, is connected to a piston installed in an additional cylinder, and is also spring-loaded by a power spring returning the piston to its initial state after switching and pressure drop in the hydraulic line. Transverse frame in the housing is installed on sleeves with possibility of free sliding.

EFFECT: rotary-labyrinth flow switch can be easily connected by means of QRC to the pumping process line and provides automatic step-by-step switching of channels in the hydraulic line to obtain a flow changing direction of its movement, consistent with the action of the actuator, id est geophysical cable pusher; besides, it becomes possible to obtain independent and automatically changing direction of flow of process fluid for pumping through wellhead intra-lubricator pushers of geophysical cable.
