FIELD: geophysical survey of wells.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to geophysical and hydrodynamic research and can be used in oil industry, mainly when investigating horizontal wells with inclined head. Intra-lubricator pusher of geophysical cable contains pushing mechanism and its drive, cable entry dock seal, cable hook mechanism with elastic conical clamping elements located between rigid conical elements. Pushing mechanism is made with two pushers embracing the geophysical cable and having the possibility of sliding along it within their housings. Housings enclosing the cable and arranged in series in space along it into the process fluid pumping line, are connected in anti-parallel manner through side branches by means of quick-disconnect connections with installation of limiting elements. Pushing mechanism is hydraulically isolated by cable dock seals installed on its ends. Pushers are made in casings with possibility of reduction of longitudinal size and are equipped with end elements with movable bushings and end elements with springs and ball locks. Rigid conical elements of the hook mechanism are made metal and movable in the longitudinal direction, wherein at one end with four longitudinal slots forming side walls for four compartments holding elastic conical clamping elements, and with four longitudinal grooves—at the other end, forming conical tenons inserted into slots forming compartments in the next metal conical element. Springs are installed between adjacent metal conical elements, and sliding cups installed on end elements are fixed with nuts.
EFFECT: proposed device, operating autonomously and automatically, pushes the cable downward without damaging its shell, in the process of pumping liquid, which changes the direction of its movement.
