FIELD: food industry.

SUBSTANCE: device includes a mold with electrodes for electric-heated heating of a baked dough semi-product, installed at different depth in a thermocouple semi-product, a displacement sensor connected by a lever to a plate placed on the billet surface, pressure sensor connected by capillary tube with frame arranged in semi-product and covered with air-permeable fabric, microphone with sound amplifier and speaker. All sensors of thermocouple and microphone are connected to multichannel analogue-to-digital signal converter, which transmits information to computer. Data are displayed on the display and on the printer in the form of graphs.

EFFECT: device provides measurement of height, pressure and temperature of baked dough semi-product.
