SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a method of managing a system for organizing an enterprise by creating a cybernetic model thereof. Method, which consists in the fact that enterprise management system is used to control enterprise and perform operations at enterprise, consisting of at least user computer, a combination of databases and a platform for creating and operating cybernetic models, including a virtual reality generator and a two-way change replicator, creating a cybernetic enterprise model using a virtual reality generator, the cybernetic organization model is introduced into said databases using a virtual reality generator, after which, by means of a two-way replicator, adjusting continuous mutual automatic synchronization between the cybernetic model and the enterprise activity management system equipment and services through exchange of changes, independently occurring in both systems, so that each event of independently proceeding evolution of one system is synchronously replicated to the other, a process of mutual replication of changes is started using a two-way replicator of changes.

EFFECT: technical result consists in improvement of efficiency of enterprise processes control.
