SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a method of processing, tracking, accounting, storage and verification of transactions in an enterprise control system and a method of processing, tracking, accounting, storage and verification of transactions occurring between an enterprise and its counterparties. Method, in which a reflecting enterprise is created virtual model, changing parameters of material original enterprise and existing virtual model are continuously mutually synchronized, maintaining compliance of real enterprise and virtual model, which contains history of evolution of state, wherein state of enterprise in virtual model is described through directories, information containers, multidimensional structural projections of model and list of business transactions, wherein with each change of said information container, automatic generation of a list of business transactions is automatically generated according to a predetermined algorithm, thereby automatically varying the multidimensional structural projections of the model, and each of business transactions is a set of pairs of zip-transactions, where for each pair of zip-transactions the balance of parameters is maintained.
EFFECT: technical result consists in automatic synchronization of enterprise processes and its virtual model.
