System comprises a main server for supporting operation of information models of IModels, server of other control systems of organizations performing stages of life cycle "construction" and "operation", and server of external organizations of corresponding stage of life cycle, communication means for interfacing servers into a single network, auxiliary servers of organizations performing stages of the life cycle "construction" and "operation" with routers to provide communication with electronic devices located in real information and performance IPoints of objects of the production facility for controlling their data, database for storing IModels in the form of files of information modeling formats, a database for storing attributive data on IPoints of IModels in the form of files of other formats, information sensors and actuators are installed in IPoints with communication channels and hardware-software interface with corresponding servers.
