FIELD: instrument engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a laboratory unit – an individual capillarimeter in formation conditions for individual study of capillary properties of 18 core samples in formation conditions. Laboratory unit consists of a housing in which a control computer with installed software is installed, two digital output units, 18 units of temperature regulators with heating elements, 6 pressing pumps, 18 blocks of core holders, 54 electronic pneumatic distributors, 12 electronic pressure regulators, 6 pressure sensors, step-up pressure converter, wherein software installed on control computer, controls two digital output units, 18 thermal controller units, 6 crimping pumps, 12 electronic pressure regulators, and also registers parameters of 18 units of temperature regulators, which measure temperature values in core holders, 12 electronic pressure regulators, which measure values of displacement pressure, 6 pressure sensors measuring pressure values of crimping created by six crimping pumps, SER unit, at that, two digital output units control 54 pneumatic control valves, which, in their turn, control 6 pressing pumps, boost pressure converter, supply of extrusion pressure and pressing pressure to core holders, wherein 18 thermoregulator units are controlled by heating and temperature maintenance in core holders, wherein 12 units of electronic pressure regulators are controlled by supply and maintenance of displacement pressure in core holders.
EFFECT: high efficiency of the unit and possibility of operating eighteen samples simultaneously.
