FIELD: mining industry.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the mining industry. The installation for studying a crack in a core under conditions close to reservoir ones consists of a core holder, in the body cavity of which a block for placing a core is installed, as well as inlet and outlet plungers equipped with wedges that are oriented inside the said block for placing a core. The installation additionally contains a triaxial core compression unit and a hydraulic system located in the end part of the core holder. The hydraulic system includes hydraulic lines, a high-pressure pump designed to act on the splitting wedges and communicated with the inlet and outlet plungers, a high-pressure pump designed for triaxial compression of the core and communicated with the cavity around the block for placing the core, a high-pressure pump designed to supply fluid in the direction of the core, at least one pressure sensor placed on the hydraulic line connecting the through channels in the plungers, and at least one pressure sensor on each hydraulic line between the pumps and the core holder units connected with them.

EFFECT: increasing the reliability of filtration studies of cracks in the core.
