FIELD: military equipment.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to military equipment, in particular to a method for increasing the speed of movement of a military caterpillar vehicle afloat. Additionally torque is used from the driven wheel of the machine, which is transmitted via flywheel with shaft by means of belt transmission to flywheel of reduction gear and further through step-up reduction gear and shaft of reduction gear to propelling blades.
EFFECT: higher mobility afloat, reduced probability of hitting the machine and the crew by enemy fire.
