SUBSTANCE: invention relates to measurement equipment and can be used for evaluation of electrophysical characteristics of media described by model of distributed RC structures. Disclosed is a two-probe method of measuring phase shifts of a distributed RC structure, wherein obtaining a continuous harmonic signal is carried out by connecting a distributed RC structure through two probes to a negative feedback circuit of the operational amplifier, at the output of which harmonic signal with frequency f0, from which phase shift δ of the distributed RC structure is calculated by formula δ=arctg[f0/(2π2f)], where f0 is generator frequency at measurement moment, Hz; f is frequency for which phase shift δ of the distributed RC structure is determined, Hz.

EFFECT: high accuracy of measuring electrophysical parameters of a distributed RC structure, simplifying and accelerating the measurement process.
