FIELD: radio engineering and communications.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to means of transmitting railway radio communication signals. Frequency manipulator with minimum frequency shift consists of ADC with bipolar digital signal and autogenerator of harmonic oscillations of carrier frequency, two half-wave rectifiers, phase inverter PI, inductance L, capacitor C, switch K with normally open contacts, wherein through its first contact connected inductance L parallel to circuit of self-contained generator, and through second contact of this switch connected capacitor C parallel to same oscillatory circuit; ADC output is connected to the first contact control input through the first half-wave rectifier connected in the forward direction, the ADC output is connected in parallel to the control input of the second switch contact through the in-series connected second half-period reverse rectifier, which detects the CA negative pulse, and a phase inverter which converts this pulse into a positive one for closing the second contact of the switch, at which capacitor C is connected in parallel to the oscillatory circuit of the self-contained generator and its first contact is opened.
EFFECT: enabling device simplification and improvement.
