FIELD: electrical communication engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to generation of an encryption/decryption key. Method comprises generating random sequence on transmitting side of communication direction, transmitting it along communication channel with errors to receiving side of direction of communication, generating a block of parity symbols for the formed random sequence, transmitting it along a communication channel without errors to a receiving side of the direction of communication, where a decoded sequence is formed, and an encryption/decryption key is formed from random sequences. At that, random sequence on transmitting side of communication direction is formed by radiation of harmonic signal by means of phased antenna array, which directional pattern is formed randomly, and a communication channel with errors on the receiving side of the direction of communication is formed by taking into account multi-beam propagation of radio waves.
EFFECT: method of generating an encryption/decryption key, which provides higher resistance of the formed encryption/decryption key to compromise from the intruder.
