SUBSTANCE: method of generating an encryption / decryption key involves forming an initial sequence on a transmitting side of a communication direction, encoding said signal, extracting from a coded initial sequence a block of parity symbols, transmitting it over direct communication channel without errors to receiving side of communication direction, generating decoded sequence on receiving side of communication direction, generating a sequence hashing function on the communication direction transmitting side, transmitting it over the forward communication channel without errors to the communication direction receiving side and generating encryption / decryption keys on the communication direction transmitting and receiving sides by hashing the source and decoded sequences on the hashing function of the sequences formed on the transmitting side of the communication direction.

EFFECT: technical result consists in reduction of encryption / decryption key formation time.
