FIELD: pharmaceuticals.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to pharmaceutical industry, namely to test systems for laboratory investigations of haemostatic properties of wound coatings. Disclosed is a test system for examining haemostatic properties of local wound coatings in vitro, containing analysed material, wherein as the analysed material, it contains a sponge, adhesive bound to a microtubule with volume of 0.1 to 15.0 ml, obtained from solutions, gels, suspensions or other liquid dosage forms directly in a microtube by freezing the analysed material at atmospheric pressure of 1 bar, at temperature of +2.0 °C for 330 min, then at temperature -50.0 °C for 255 minutes, subsequent sublimation drying at pressure of 90 mcbar and temperature of -50.0 °C for 60 minutes, then at temperature of -20.0 °C for 1,850 min, then at temperature of +5.0 °C for 780 minutes with drying obtained jars at pressure of 90 mcbar, at temperature of +35.0 °C for 660 minutes, providing sponge standard volume, weight, porosity and contact surface identical to large size jaws used in experiments in vivo.
EFFECT: invention provides creating a test system for conducting laboratory tests of haemostatic properties of wound coatings in the form of a sponge in vitro to obtain reliable information on hemostasis and hemostatic activity, which can not be obtained by examining the haemostatic sponge in vivo, due to elimination of structural damages of sponge and active components.
