SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to the application hemostatic material and to a method of producing the said material. Application hemostatic material containing: a layer of a porous matrix containing a biocompatible polymer; a hemostatic layer deposited on the porous matrix layer and containing a polymer into which fragments containing a benzene ring containing one or more hydroxyl groups are introduced; and a tie layer disposed between the porous matrix layer and the hemostatic layer to prevent separation of the porous matrix layer from the hemostatic layer, wherein the said tie layer is formed using a material that is miscible with the porous matrix layer and the hemostatic layer, wherein the said tie layer material is a mixture or a copolymer of the main constituent of the porous matrix layer and the main constituent of the hemostatic layer. A method of producing an application hemostatic material including (a) dissolving a polymer containing phenol or polyhydric phenol-containing fragments introduced into it in water to obtain a solution for forming a hemostatic layer, (b) providing a porous matrix formed from a biocompatible polymer, (c) bringing the hemostatic layer forming solution into contact with the surface of the porous matrix so that the hemostatic layer forming solution is impregnated into the pores of the porous matrix, and (d) drying the hemostatic layer forming solution while simultaneously forming a hemostatic layer on the surface of the porous matrix and a tie layer on the boundary between the porous matrix and the hemostatic layer, and the solution for forming the hemostatic layer has a viscosity from 10 to 2,500 cP, when measured on a rotational viscometer at the temperature of 4°C.

EFFECT: above group of inventions provides a material that is safe for humans, has the functions of hemostasis, in vivo adhesion, adsorption and sealing of blood, while the material effectively stops bleeding and can be used in various fields where it is necessary to prevent organ damage, bile leakage and ensure postoperative adhesion, and is also convenient to use, as it does not stick to surgical instruments.
