FIELD: technological processes.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of electrochemical protection of underground structures against soil corrosion and can be used in oil and gas industry, as well as in communal services during anode grounding. Method involves determining ground water levels and soil freezing in the area of anode grounding, drilling below these well levels along the protected structure with access to the day surface of both ends of the well, installation of pipes from current-conducting composite in the well, placement of protective electrodes in tubes with output of connecting cables from both ends of the well, at that, along the protected structure in the area of anode grounding, transient resistance of the insulating coating of the structure is step by step measured, breaking the anode grounding section into intervals characterized by different coating resistance, resistance of pipes from current-conducting composite corresponding to each interval is selected; pipes are installed from current conducting composite so that after their placement in the well pipes with certain resistance are located in the appropriate interval.
EFFECT: improving operating efficiency of anode grounding at different resistance of insulating coating of the structure.
