SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to pharmaceutics, specifically to an liquid composition for skeletal muscle relaxation, containing 1–100 mg/ml rocuronium halide and an excipient selected from D-gluconic acid, intramolecular lactone D-gluconic acid or mixture thereof; wherein composition pH is within 2.0–7.0; and composition osmolality is within 270–340 mOsm/kg. Invention also relates to a liquid pharmaceutical composition for skeletal muscle relaxation; to a method of producing said liquid composition; to use of an excipient selected from D-gluconic acid, intramolecular lactone D-gluconic acid or a mixture thereof for inhibiting hydrolytic degradation of rocuronium halide in an aqueous composition; and to a set intended for skeletal muscle relaxation.
EFFECT: group of inventions provides stability of aqueous solutions of rocuronium halogenide, inhibiting hydrolytic degradation.
