SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to treating cartilage tissue diseases, such as osteoarthritis or cartilage tissue injury. Two-component gelation system contains a first component containing FGF-18, alginate, collagen and sugar as a stabilizer, and a second component containing a dithionic salt. Also disclosed is a method of producing a two-component gelation system and an industrial product for double injection.
EFFECT: group of inventions provides gel formation in situ by combining two fluid components of the system in a patient's body by injecting two liquid solutions.
