SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to dentistry, specifically to a composition for oral care with high content of water, containing carrier acceptable for oral cavity, zinc phosphate, bivalent stannous fluoride and an organic acid based buffer system. Amount of zinc phosphate ranges from 0.05 wt. % to 10 wt. % relative to weight of composition for oral care, where amount of water is from 15 wt. % to 30 wt. % relative to weight of composition and where buffer system is in amount of 1 wt. % to 3 wt. % relative to weight of composition. Group of inventions also relates to a method for treating or preventing erosive dental demineralisation, a method of treating or preventing gingivitis, a method of treating or preventing dental plaque, as well as to a method of treating or preventing dental caries, wherein methods provide for application in the oral cavity of a person in need thereof.

EFFECT: group of inventions provides improved protection against demineralisation and increased antibacterial activity, as well as improved stability and solubility of tin in the composition containing both tin fluoride and zinc phosphate.
