SUBSTANCE: invention refers to oral care. Composition for oral care with high content of water contains a carrier acceptable for oral use, containing 10 to 30 wt. % water, 1 wt. % zinc phosphate, 0.454 wt. % stannous fluoride, from 0.1 to 6 % by weight of arginine or lysine, from 0.01 to 1 % by weight of phenol alkanone, and from 0.1 to 5.0 % by weight of buffer based on organic acid, measured as total amount of organic acid and any salts with a conjugated base; wherein the acid is citric acid, and one or more salts with a conjugated base provides monosodium citrate, disodium citrate, trisodium citrate and combinations thereof; wherein all amounts are based on total weight of composition.
EFFECT: invention provides bacterial growth inhibition.
