SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a method for integrated control of construction and maintenance of a building. Control server performs comparative control of a number of processes of construction or maintenance of buildings upon completion of construction, presented in form of video image, with their registration on server, wherein said video image is configured to be checked by a building owner or tenant to provide transparent building control, substantially preventing construction defects which may be present during construction, and unreliable maintenance, which enables to cause a building owner or occupant a sense of trust.
EFFECT: technical result consists in providing video comparison of construction or maintenance of buildings.
