SUBSTANCE: invention relates to asset transaction systems capable of authenticating a user of the connected user terminal using an authentication server. Blockchain accounts corresponding to the asset transaction are created for the seller and buyer; the sale is registered for the expensive asset of the seller; the transaction is processed with N ownership shares into which the full ownership of the registered expensive asset is divided. A blockchain account is created for a new trader using the blockchain account creation module when creating a new trader while processing the sale registration or the ownership transaction. A transaction history is created, wherein the created blockchain account is compared with a participant of the corresponding trader. The created transaction history is sent to the blockchain network, so that the transaction history can be shared by all nodes involved in the asset transaction.

EFFECT: ensured purchase history transparency and prevented counterfeiting or alteration of an online transaction of an expensive asset.
