SUBSTANCE: invention relates to computer engineering. Method comprises steps of: receiving input from user; sending user input to translation unit; in a translation unit, a message is displayed to convert a message into a standardized message format at least in part based on metadata; sending a standardized format of a message to the host computer system; receiving a response from a computer system in a translation unit, wherein the response has a standardized format; translation unit displays a response to a human-readable form; transmitting a human-readable response to a user device; wherein at least one of reception of response from computer system and transmission of human-readable response is performed using asynchronous message or text message; and outputting response to user on user device.
EFFECT: technical result consists in improvement of communication security.
