SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, specifically to urology. Stenosed and adjacent ureter areas are mobilized. It is excised within healthy tissues. Ureter is removed from the abdominal cavity as a temporary suture-holder outward through the nearest laparoscopic port. Stenosed areas are cut off in extracorporally within healthy tissues. That is ensured by sputting, if necessary – calibrating, conducting the stent catheter and superimposing the suturing suture on the lower point of the anastomosis, after which the ureter is immersed into the abdominal cavity, and further stages of the urinary tract reconstruction are performed laparoscopically.

EFFECT: method provides higher clinical effectiveness combined with reduced intraoperative time expenditures, especially at the stage of developing laparoscopic urological reconstructive surgery.
