FIELD: separation.
SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to separation of components of mixtures of particles based on charge of different components, in particular to belt separators. Device includes a first electrode and a second electrode, located on opposite sides of longitudinal central line and configured to create an electric field between first and second electrodes, a first roller located at a first end of the system, a second roller located at the second end of the system, a continuous belt located between the first and second electrodes and supported by the first roller and the second roller, separation chamber comprising separation zone formed by and between continuous belt. In the inner layer of the separation chamber wall, on the periodic sections along the inner wall layer adjoining the separation zone there are multiple gas nozzles with the possibility of gas supply to the separation zone for removal of the fluid to be hardened from the separation chamber.
EFFECT: increased efficiency of separation, increased service life of belt.
