FIELD: electrical engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to electrical engineering, in particular to methods and devices for protection of electric energy consumers against overvoltage. It is achieved by the fact that in the input-distributing device there is connected a protective device made on the basis of protective apparatuses of modular or power equipment, containing independent modules of low-nominal automatic circuit breaker with nominal value of not more than 6A and rated group, made with possibility of simultaneous disconnection of all poles of protective device, wherein protective device is installed with possibility of complete separation of electric plant from distribution network with break of electrical communication between PEN conductor and earthing device of electrical installation with transition of power supply system TN-CS into TT system and simultaneous disconnection of at least one linear, neutral and protective conductors at disconnection of protective device, as well as with possibility of restoration of electric connection between PEN conductor and earthing device of electrical installation with transition from TT system to TN-CS system when protective device is switched on.
EFFECT: technical result consists in complete separation of electrical plant from distribution network with interruption of electrical communication between PEN conductor and earthing device of electrical plant.
