FIELD: manufacture of circuit-opening devices. SUBSTANCE: trip-free mechanism designed for use in fast-response current-limiting circuit breakers rated up to 63 A has handle with grip and base mounted on pin held tight against case by means of spring for its turning; U-shaped double-arm lever with its center supported by axial projections of case; power spring; it is also provided with [-shaped plastic strap with two flanges and hole in central part; strap is placed on movable contact holder loosely mounted on common pin so that one of its flanges embraces yoke and other one, arm of U-shaped lever so as to form, together with disconnecting rack, working clearance sufficient for its engagement as soon as power-circuit contacts break in manual OFF-operation. Reliable disconnection of current circuit in manual and automatic operations is effected using same kinematic scheme. EFFECT: improved reliability, enlarged functional capabilities with respect to circuit-breaker ratings. 8 dwg
