FIELD: metallurgy.
SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to additive manufacturing of three-dimensional object from metal powder. Device comprises a compartment for placing metal powder, an electromagnetic energy source configured to layer-by-layer melting of metal powder, mounting platform, at least partially limiting space for powder location and made with possibility of vertical movement relative to source of electromagnetic energy from internal part of compartment for arrangement of powder, and linear guide having length L1 and made with possibility of rotation or rotation in horizontal plane around vertical axis A. Electromagnetic energy source is connected to linear guide with possibility of movement along linear movement trajectory along linear guide. Method is also proposed for manufacturing of three-dimensional object by additive technology from metal powder.
EFFECT: reduced labour intensiveness and time of production cycle.
