METHOD OF OBTAINING ADDITIONAL PRESSURE OF A GAS-AIR JET FOR A HIGH-SPEED VESSEL ON A PNEUMATIC STREAM UNDER THE BOTTOM Russian patent published in 2019 - IPC B60V3/06 B63B1/38

Abstract RU 2695712 C1

FIELD: shipbuilding.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to shipbuilding and concerns designing of high-speed vessels on compressed airflow with plasma-steam cavern under the bottom and with improved hydrodynamic and seaworthiness properties, in particular, small-size air-cushion vessels. To obtain additional pressure of gas-air jet for high-speed vessel on airflow under bottom, having housing with propulsion unit, air pressure is created under vessel bottom. Bottom is made of parts arranged at different angles, and bottom is equipped with side skegs. Additionally, they are equipped with longitudinal pressure channels made in the form of hollow pipes from light aluminum alloy. Longitudinal lateral pressure channels are connected in ship nose by means of pipe with source of hot gas flow of exhaust pipe of internal combustion engine to form cavern of high pressure water vapor, which is connected to output of all flue gas through made nozzles of injected medium. Heads are made at an angle elongated with possibility of their vertical rotation relative to vertical internal walls of skeg for exit of hot flow of exhaust pipe gas in area of air cushion of compressed air flow leaving through nozzle of impeller into pneumatic channel under bottom of ship. Mixing of dissimilar high-pressure active media coming out behind the stern is formed under the vessel bottom. Engine operation is combined with high-pressure injector in the form of impeller in compressor mode creating high-pressure gas-pressure jet coming out of impeller nozzle.

EFFECT: higher efficiency and stability of the ship during gliding and moving on rough sea.
