SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of medicine, namely endoscopic tracheal surgery. Tracheal intubation is performed through the glottis with a rigid bronchoscope tube, after putting a silicone drainage tube on the bronchoscope tube. At the same time, the length and diameter of the drainage tube are modeled taking into account the data obtained during bronchology and X-ray examination of the patient in the preoperative period. The bronchoscope tube is wound 1-2 cm below the stenosis zone so that the distal end of the drainage tube is above the proximal edge of the stenosis zone. After that, the tube of the rigid bronchoscope is passed distally at a distance equal to the length of the stenosis. After completing the procedure of one-stage tracheal dilation, in the absence of ongoing bleeding and perforation of the trachea, stenting of the stenosis zone with a thermoplastic linear stent is performed through the tube of the rigid bronchoscope.

EFFECT: method reduces the risk of surgical, postoperative and anesthesiologic complications during the bouginage of tracheal stenosis with rigid bronchoscope tubes.
