DEVICE AND METHOD OF MAINTAINING CREATED HYDRAULIC PRESSURE Russian patent published in 2019 - IPC B62D5/65 B62D5/08 B62D5/30 F15B13/02 F15B19/00

Abstract RU 2695932 C1

FIELD: hydraulic systems.

SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to device 100 for maintaining hydraulic pressure (p), controlled by pressure source 50, hydraulic system, servo steering, vehicle and method of maintaining hydraulic pressure. Device 100 for maintaining hydraulic pressure (p) includes inlet 110 for connection with pressure source 50, outlet 120 for providing hydraulic pressure (p), at least first check valve 131 and switching device 140 between inlet 110 and outlet 120. First check valve 131 is designed to open the flow path from inlet 110 to outlet 120 when the first opening pressure (p1) is exceeded and to prevent flow in the opposite direction. Switching device 140 is configured to maintain hydraulic pressure (p) at outlet 120 when pressure (p0) created by pressure source 50 is greater than pressure (pS) of connection and to reduce hydraulic pressure (p) at outlet 120 when pressure source 50 created pressure (p0) is lower than pressure (pS) of connection, wherein inlet pressure (pS) is smaller than first opening pressure (p1). Switching device 140 comprises distribution valve with movable piston 142, wherein piston is designed to open flow path between outlet 120 and inlet (110) in first position and closing flow path between outlet 120 and inlet 110 in second position. Distribution valve is designed to move piston 142 to first position if created pressure (p0) is less than pressure (pS) of connection, and to move to second position, if created pressure (p0) is higher than pressure (pS) of connection.

EFFECT: ensuring stability of operation.
