SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of low voltage electric devices, namely to devices of thermomagnetic protection of the multi-pole automatic circuit breaker. Thermomagnetic protection device includes a housing, a multipolar protective unit, an energy storage unit and adjustment unit (107). Housing consists of upper casing (101) and base (112). Multipolar protective unit is installed inside the housing and includes a plurality of thermomagnetic protective devices, each of which corresponds to one pole of a multipolar automatic circuit breaker. Each thermomagnetic protection device includes a thermal protection assembly and a magnetic protection assembly. Mmultipolar protective unit contains a rod for adjustment of the air gap of the magnetic protection assembly. Energy accumulator is mounted inside the housing and interacts with the thermal protection unit. In case of overload current, energy accumulator comes into contact with heat protection unit and actuates automatic interrupter actuator. Adjustment assembly is mounted on housing and interacts with rod and energy accumulator. Adjustment assembly controls the rated overload current by adjusting the distance between the energy accumulator and the thermal protection unit and adjusts the rated transient current by adjusting the rod.
EFFECT: due to the presence of a single parameter to be controlled, an air gap, the structure is simplified.
