SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of low voltage electric devices, namely to the automatic circuit breaker actuator. Actuator of automatic circuit breaker includes automatic disconnection unit (100), left (101) and right (104) side plates, mechanical interlocking unit (102), semi-axle (103), lever (105) and main shaft (106), wherein automatic disconnection unit (100), mechanical locking assembly (102) and lever (105) are arranged between side plates (101) and (104), and semi-axle (103) and main shaft (106) are configured to pass through side plates (101) and (104) and protrusion therefrom, wherein lever (105) is made in form of flexible part from sheet metal, bent to form upper and two side walls, wherein automatic disconnection unit (100), mechanical locking unit (102), semi-axle (103), lever (105) and main shaft (106) are configured to move in a binder; automatic disconnection unit (100) and mechanical locking assembly (102) form a two-stage gate.
EFFECT: actuator is manually controlled; contact parameters are transmitted based on performance of external metal main shaft, thereby ensuring uniformity of contact parameters and reducing cost and complexity of process; actuator is easily mounted, its operational characteristics can be effectively improved to meet requirements of high-efficiency automatic circuit breaker.
