SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a tobacco smoke filter or a tobacco smoke filtering element, which comprises a longitudinally extending core of tobacco smoke filtering material, having perimeter from 14 to 17 mm, and a release additive container completely surrounded by a core, wherein the filter material is a fibrous material having denier per filament from 5.3 to 8 and a total denier of 18,000 or less.
EFFECT: technical result consists in exclusion of pressure drop in filter.
