SUBSTANCE: invention relates to computer engineering. Communication network comprises: a first communication device configured to send and receiving communication data on other communication devices and from them in said network using a time division multiple access protocol; wherein the first communication device is configured to store data indicating whether any other communication device is in the state of the master device; wherein before sending communication data, if said other communication device is not in the state of the master device, then the first communication device enters the state of the master device; wherein prior to sending communication data, if said other communication device is in the state of the master device, then the first communication device occupies the available time slot with the smallest number.

EFFECT: technical result consists in simplification of communication network arrangement.
