SUBSTANCE: in some examples, the system comprises a head-mounted device; at least one position sensor connected to head mounted device; at least one light filtering flange connected to at least one position sensor; at least one optical radiation detector and at least one data processing device configured to receive from the optical radiation detector an indication that the optical radiation intensity determined by the optical radiation detector exceeds a threshold value of the external action; determining by means of at least one position sensor that the face of the worker is not provided with a light-filtering board for filtering optical radiation with an intensity which exceeds the threshold value of the external action; and generating an indication for outputting data in response to determining that on the face of the worker, on which the device is mounted on the head, there is no light-filtering shield for filtering optical radiation with intensity which exceeds the threshold value of the external effect.
