SUBSTANCE: present invention relates to a system for forming an elastomeric composition for depositing on a substrate, an elastomeric composition, an article and a substrate coating method. Said system comprises 35.5–40 wt of isocyanate component and component reactive with respect to isocyanate. Isocyanate component includes a polymeric polyisocyanate. Component reactive with respect to the isocyanate contains a polyol component and 4–10 wt fraction of polyether amine. Polyol component is a mixture of (a) 25–37 wt of hydrophobic polyol, which is castor oil; (b) 1.8–5 wt polyol polyether and 4–10 wt polytetramethylene ether of glycol, and (c) 4–10 wt of polyamine polyol. Polyol polyether has weight-average molecular weight from 500 to 650 g/mol and average functionality from 3.5 to 4.0. Polytetramethylene ether of glycol is obtained by polymerisation of tetrahydrofuran and has weight-average molecular weight from 650 to 2000 g/mol.
EFFECT: coatings obtained using said elastomeric composition provide articles, such as metal pipes, with protection against corrosion and external mechanical load.
