SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a method of forming and structuring a database. Data are organized in a table or tables with the required structure, which contains at least one column for the final identifier of numerical values and / or index, which uniquely points to the final identifier of numerical values. A table is created with at least one column and at least two base elements of the identifier are formed in the rows, one of which determines the type of the numerical value of the identifier. Table is used with addition of at least one column or other table is created, containing at least two columns, and forming in rows of one of said tables preliminary identifier, based on basic elements of identifier so that lines reflect composition of preliminary identifier in the form of ratio of one preliminary identifier to many basic elements. By concatenating the preliminary identifier with the separator and / or with the base element of the identifier, a final identifier is generated, based on the values of basic elements of the identifier, so that at least one of them determines the type of the numerical value. Formed end identifiers are used to form rows of a table or tables, which fix numerical values after final identifiers in the form of ratio of one end identifier to many numerical values, which enables to determine their direct relationship with the object of identification.
